These terms govern the use of nexscandi.com and the services provided by Nexscandi AB. By using the platform you agree to the terms.
1. Purpose of the service
Nexscandi offers education in personal and business finance. The content is general information and does not replace individual financial advice as defined in the Swedish Act (2003:862) on financial advice to consumers.
2. User responsibilities
You undertake to use the platform in accordance with Swedish law and good practice. Misuse, including automated scraping of content, is prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
All material on nexscandi.com is protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729). Reproduction without written permission is not permitted, except for personal non-commercial use.
4. Limitation of liability
Nexscandi is not liable for financial decisions made based on the platform's content. The limitation is drafted in line with the Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) and the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid courses under the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). The period runs from the date of purchase and is activated via kontakt@nexscandi.com.
6. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Swedish law applies. Disputes are first handled by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and then by the Stockholm District Court.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes are announced on the site at least 30 days before they take effect.
