Nexscandi AB ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the complementary Swedish legislation. This policy describes how we collect and process personal data through nexscandi.com.
1. Data controller
Nexscandi AB, company number 559412-3087, Kungsgatan 48, 111 35 Stockholm, is the controller for the processing of your data. The data protection officer can be reached at dpo@nexscandi.com.
2. Data we process
We process your name, email address, IP address, browser information and data you voluntarily submit via forms. We do not process special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to send newsletters (consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), deliver educational services (contract under Art. 6(1)(b)) and meet legal obligations such as the Swedish Accounting Act (1999:1078).
4. Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Customer data is retained for seven years in line with Swedish accounting law. Analytics data is anonymised after 24 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR. Complaints may be filed with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.
6. Security
All data transfers are protected by TLS 1.3. Access to data is limited to authorised personnel and logged in line with ISO/IEC 27001 principles.
